Tuesday night August 16, Cold Spring firefighters conducted interior firefighter training, focusing on sizeup, initial attack, laying in and search. Simultaneously, driver training and re certification was also conducted. The evolutions involved firefighters “arriving on scene”, stretching hose lines, conducting an interior search and familiarizing themselves with rescue techniques. The interior drill was conducted in the Company Meeting room at 154 Main St.
